Service and boundaries

Plans may include inventory, authorized assessments, evidence, findings, risk scoring, reports, remediation planning and Expert Desk. Preview, rehearsal or synthetic functions are not production execution. Read-only is the default and authorization to scan does not authorize remediation.

AI assists analysis, but a confirmed finding requires evidence and material changes require human approval. No assessment guarantees discovery of every vulnerability or absence of incidents.

Accounts, use and authority

• users must be authorized by the organization and protect accounts with MFA;
• bypassing scope, limits, tenant isolation or security controls is prohibited;
• the customer must hold permission for every asset and affected provider;
• active testing requires the Testing Terms and Rules of Engagement.

Charges and availability

Price, currency, term, limits, taxes and SLA come from the Order Form. Marketing pages and demo accounts do not create a paid subscription while live billing is disabled. Urgent security fixes may be applied immediately.

Data, confidentiality and IP

The customer owns its data and grants only the rights needed to provide and secure the service. Both parties protect confidential information. The Provider owns the platform and finding catalogue; the customer may use its own reports and artifacts internally and with auditors or advisers.

Export and termination

Customers may export available inputs, outputs, reports and relevant metadata. The standard post-termination export window is 30 days. Where the EU Data Act applies, we support switching under its statutory framework and do not create unlawful technical or charging barriers.

Liability and law

Liability is for proven direct loss and is capped at net service fees for the preceding 12 months, or PLN 10,000 for a free pilot, subject to mandatory exclusions such as intentional harm and obligations that cannot be limited. Polish law and the Provider’s local court apply unless mandatory law says otherwise.
